Our QC & Testing Process in 6 steps

fabric quality testing for swimwear compliance and durability

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Before production begins, all fabrics and trims are inspected.

Inspection includes:

  • Fabric composition verification

  • Visual inspection for defects

  • Color consistency check

  • Fabric weight, stretch, and recovery check

Only approved materials are released for production.

2. Sample & Pre-Production Approval

Before bulk production, samples are prepared and reviewed.

Sample checks include:

  • Fit and sizing accuracy

  • Printing or embroidery quality

  • Stitching and workmanship

  • Labeling and packaging requirements

Bulk production starts only after sample approval.

3. In-Line Quality Control

During mass production, in-line inspections are conducted to ensure consistency.

In-line QC focuses on:

  • Sewing quality and seam strength

  • Print alignment and color accuracy

  • Measurement tolerance control

  • Workmanship consistency across production lines

Issues are corrected immediately to avoid repeated defects.

4. Final Quality Inspection

Before packing and shipment, a final inspection is performed based on standard inspection procedures.

Final inspection includes:

  • Appearance and workmanship check

  • Size and measurement verification

  • Function and durability assessment

  • Packaging and labeling accuracy

Random sampling is conducted in accordance with AQL standards, unless otherwise specified by the buyer.
